All services are performed based on the condition of the system at the time of service.

2. Authorization for Remote Access

By requesting service, you authorize Byte Buddies to access your computer remotely for the purpose of troubleshooting, repair, and support.

You understand that:

  • Remote      access will only occur with your permission
  • You      may end the session at any time
  • Remote      access is required to complete certain services

No access will be made without your consent.

3. Data Backup Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up all important data before service begins.

Byte Buddies is not responsible for:

  • Lost      files
  • Corrupted      data
  • Software      damage
  • Hardware      failure
  • System      crashes

Repairs, updates, virus removal, and troubleshooting may cause unexpected data loss.

Service will not begin unless you accept this risk.

4. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee may be charged to inspect or evaluate your system.

The diagnostic fee covers time and expertise and may be:

  • Non-refundable      once work begins
  • Applied      toward repair if service continues

Diagnostic fees help prevent unpaid service time.

5. Estimates and Pricing

Prices listed on this website are estimates.

Final cost may change based on:

  • System      condition
  • Required      parts
  • Time      needed
  • Additional      problems discovered

You will be notified before additional work is done whenever possible.

6. No Guarantee of Repair

Not all problems can be fixed.

Repair may not be possible due to:

  • Hardware      failure
  • Severe      damage
  • Unsupported      software
  • Manufacturer      restrictions
  • Internet      connection problems

Payment is still required for time spent diagnosing or attempting repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Byte Buddies is not liable for:

  • Data      loss
  • Lost      income
  • Device      failure
  • Software      errors
  • Indirect      damage

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Byte Buddies will not access personal files unless necessary to complete the repair.

Information seen during service will not be copied, shared, or stored unless required to complete the work.

Remote sessions are performed using secure tools.

9. Payments

Payment is due when service is completed unless other arrangements are made.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash
  • Online      payment
  • Invoice
  • Payment      apps

Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service.

10. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by message.

We may reschedule or cancel due to:

  • Emergencies
  • Weather
  • Safety      concerns

We reserve the right to refuse service.
